- Moving Higher = Bullish Pressure on EUR/USD

 

When the EUR/USD Stock-Market-Yield Spread is moving higher, it shows that the difference between the Stock-Market Yield in the Eurozone and the Stock-Market Yield in the United States is moving in favor of the Eurozone.

- Moving Lower = Bearish Pressure on EUR/USD

 

When the EUR/USD Stock-Market-Yield Spread is moving lower, it shows that the difference between the Stock-Market Yield in the Eurozone and the Stock-Market Yield in the United States is moving in favor of the United States.

- Moving Sideways = Neutral Pressure on EUR/USD

 

When the EUR/USD Stock-Market-Yield Spread is moving sideways, it shows that the difference between the Stock-Market Yield in the Eurozone and the Stock-Market Yield in the United States is neutral.

 

USD Stock-Market Yield (Red Line)

- Moving Higher = The Stock-Market Yield in the United States is increasing

- Moving Lower = The Stock-Market Yield in the United States is decreasing

 

EUR Stock-Market Yield (Orange Line)

- Moving Higher = The Stock-Market Yield in the Eurozone is increasing
