Beggining of a double bottom, good volume, strong price movement on a bearish day…some good news from Canada and China regarding best buy
NAV, short, downtrend
NAV is at the top of a decreasing channel. Equity summary score with well known company is very bearish on the stock (again, this is my beginning attempts at looking at fundamentals to improve my picks). Normally I look for a stock that is range bound and not in a trend. Initial stop at 25.43.
URI, rebound from earnings report, heavy volume
Range bound, heavy volume…placed entry quite a bit above the high, want to make sure stock has some upward momentum before I get in. Do not usually listen to news, but earnings came out below expectation due to an acquistion of RSC Holdings, which the company says will increase its customer base and pay off in the end (that is my lame attempt at following news, sorry). Also, if anyone wants to assist me I am attempting to make my system work with options. As a a matter of fact I am actually buying the call option for this stock but I will follow my entry and exit strategy on the underlying. We’ll see.
CAVM, long, at low since 2010
CAVM, looks to bounce nicely off of its low since August 2010…looks to be on trough of swing. Intial stop at 23.42
RPM, long
Overall stock is trending up slightly but still is somewhat range bound…believe it has hit a nice resistance level and is going to bounce further tomorrow. Initial stop at 25.30
MCP, long, downtrending but now in a very nice range
Hopefully it sticks to its pattern and gives one more nice upswing. Inital stop at 19.48 (my standard 4%). Should be a short trade, maybe in and out in less than 3 days

If you have followed my other picks, hopefully you have picked up on my reasons. Range bound, price a little low, but good looking chart. Entry is pretty far from close, but with these lower priced stock I need the momentum in my favor. Only difference here (as opposed to past picks) is that this stock did not show an unusual increase in volume. Looking more at pattern.
